Flowers New York Florist is your on-line connection to flowers and gifts delivered in New York. We proudly deliver to over 1,600 cities within New York and offer flower delivery throughout the US and Canada. All floral products are delivered by a local florist.

Should you or the recipient not be satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery to arrange for a prompt replacement of your order. Please be sure to read and accept our delivery and guarantee policy during checkout.

Why Are There Multiple Prices?

Floral arrangement, by their very nature, can be made in many sizes while maintaining the same overall theme. Each order is filled to value. Most products are offered in 3 sizes and allow you the choice of selecting the price you are most comfortable with in ordering.

Factors that determine price include:

• Quantity of flowers, foliage and filler flowers,
• Size and value of the container,
• Quantity or value of add on items such as balloons, etc.,
• Seasonal availability of the flowers, fruit etc.,
• Pricing structures and delivery fees in the recipient’s city or town.
  

Delivery Schedule and Locations

U.S. and Canadian Recipients (Normal Non-Holiday Delivery Schedule)

Orders placed before 1 P.M. in the recipient's time zone for delivery Mon-Sat can usually be delivered the same-day. Orders received after that time will be processed for delivery the following day. Orders requiring tropical flowers or baskets containing fresh fruit may take 24 hours to deliver.

Any order received after 1:00 P.M. (recipient time) on Saturday or requesting Sunday delivery, may be delivered the following Monday (depending on the local florist's business hours and delivery schedule).

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day between the hours of 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. if noted on your order, but we cannot guarantee all shops will be able to honor your request.

Delivery of orders to rural routes and PO Boxes must include the recipient's telephone number.

Cemetery deliveries cannot be guaranteed and may require additional delivery fees.

Substitution Policy - Automatic 2nd Choice

It is extremely important to note that floral arrangements are hand made using one of nature's wonderful gifts. Size, quantity of flowers and color variations may vary slightly from the photographs on this site.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary because of the availability of fresh product in various parts of the country. Therefore, to insure timely delivery, any order placed includes our automatic 2nd Choice Policy.

This 2nd Choice Policy allows us to make substitutions on your behalf maintaining the same theme, color choice and style of the arrangement you have selected, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, substitution of containers may be necessary.

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may need to substitute with another color.

In mixed floral arrangements, substitutions of flowers types may be required to maintain the same look and feel. For example, if you order a "Spring arrangement" which includes Iris, and the Iris is not available on the day you request delivery, another flower of equal or greater value will be used in the same color theme as the whole arrangement.

In single plant and planter gardens, we will substitute with a plant or plants of equal or greater value. Green plants will be substituted with other green plants and blooming plants will be substituted with other blooming plant material. Color of blooming plants may vary. 

In fruit and gourmet baskets, similar seasonal fruit will be substituted. Gourmet product will be substituted with equal or greater value.

Photographic props such as balloon, cakes, flower stands, etc. do not come with your flowers unless it is itemized in the description, such as: Arrangement with Balloons.
 

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is required by Law and is calculated on the product amount and any service/delivery fee. As of June 01, 2005 the Sales Tax Rate is 8.625%

As soon as you have received your email receipt, you may send messages about the order using our TRACKING system. Simply click the TRACKING link or Service button. You may need to LOGIN using your last name and email address.

Orders outside the continental US

We accept order to the US territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Deliveries may also be placed for Canada and Mexico. Additional service fees are included with your order as posted. Please allow 24-48 hours for delivery to these locations.
